This isnt a review, I am trying to figure out who and what this company is... Diversified Consultants came up on my credit report associated with Sprint.. I paid them in March of 2020. I recently, in May, received a notification via Experian that stated I owed a company called Enhanced Recovery and now I am confused. Went bankrupt at the end of April.
I called them today to take care of a old debt. Throughout the call the representative verified the same information repeatedly. She sounded like a robot and then charged me $9.95 for a convenience fee. The call was extremely irritating and the fee was ridiculous. But I'm glad to be done with this debt.
Every time to pay my Verizon bill no one available and the website address is a joke it says username and password well I don't have it because I never set up one!!!
