Its was horrendous . SMITH needs to be in Jail for construction fraud. Had stolen thousands of dollars of marterials bought by the customer. Has tresspassed on private property without authorization to steel materials. DOES NOT COMPLETE WORK AS PER CONTRACT. Will ask for exorbadent money up front to start the job. Gives you a fixed price then comes back aski g for more and when you dont pay he walks off rhe job with all your materials.
