The phone just rings and rings.. I have been waiting on endorsements to be added to a policy for weeks now with no follow up/response.
No one answers the phone or returns calls. My agents have known for months about canceling my policy and yet it's not done.
I was with this company for 12 years because I believe in loyalty. Everything was good for the first 7 years and then things started to go downhill. My agent was unresponsive, pissed of every person I referred to them and when I ultimately tried to leave I was stone walled. I’ve been in a 4 month battle to not only get my policy canceled but get my refund since I’ve unknowingly been pay on to car policies. When I try to call the main office they are 100% unhelpful. Avoid this company at all costs.
This company used to be so good my agent was Leann Smith but after she left I got another agent and the quality and care went down 100% the response time and general help from my new agent has been so bad I had to leave after 25 years!
Our sewer line failed, leaving us with a repair bill in the tens of thousands of dollars. When I contacted Nationwide, I was told I had no coverage for this—because my agent never informed me that sewer line coverage was even available.
