Took an older truck into Diversified Auto to get my catalytic converters replaced. Jill and Allan took great care of me, they even replaced my plug wires and spark plugs without the cost of labor which was very nice of them. They were very transparent and priced accordingly, will be doing business with them in the future and I would recommend their services to a friend without hesitation. 10/10
Very disappointed!!! Paid for a 4 wheel alignment etc for a safety in Dec 2024. Alignment wasn't done properly. Had to get another alignment done properly at another shop to pass the safety. Tried to talk to the owner of Diversified to sort this and a couple of other things out but he never was willing to contact me. Made no effort whatsoever. Please avoid this business and find a reputable shop!! It saddens me that I have to write this review. I was hoping to sort this out with the owner.

I took my car in to have a noise diagnosed while travelling around 90 km/h. I had it there all day and they charged me $96.46 by the end just to tell me what I already knew. I took it in the next day, had it there all day only to be told they couldn't figure out what the problem was. They then charged me another $385.84.
