As an HOA Board Member this is the worst company I have had to work with. The list of complaints we have is endless. Diversified HOA Management constantly ignores emails and phone calls. You will not get your board package until 45 to 30 minutes before your board meeting, not the five days before as the contract states. They do not walk your property. We recently purchased a rental with an HOA managed by Diversified. There was a billing issue and we needed two architectural improvement apps approved. Adrian was our contact person. He was professional, responsive, and patient with our many questions. He helped resolve the billing issue and fast-tracked the improvement apps. Both apps were approved in record time.
