I highly recommend Diverse Property Maintenance LLC. All through the project, Richard and his team treated my yard and fence as if it was their own. And their responses to my questions and challenges were just as high as the professional contractors i've worked with on large electrical industrial projects. I have a large pine tree in my front yard. The roots grew under the sidewalk. I was lucky enough to find Richard who owns Diverse Property Maintenance. Richard provided me with a free estimate. We set up a time to do the job. It was a hard job. The sidewalk was raised up about 5 inches from the roots. The sidewalk needed to be raised to get to the roots out. They had to chop the roots apart with a hatchet. Once the roots were chopped, they pulled them out with a chain and pickup. They leveled the sidewalk, replaced the dirt ... read more
