I became a certified PADI Open Water Scuba diver by Divers Cove on July 25, 2017. I was impressed on their customer service and on how well organized they are. They have everything prepared for you before each class, which helps lessen any stress levels for new divers. The new owners are AWESOME & very helpful. I am doing my open water certification with them. They are a huge help to make sure I am completely comfortable with my gear and diving. Very nice people.
Poor service, poor attitude. Failed to properly service gear after multiple visits and purchasing new items and parts ($280). Refunded me for $30. Obviously no interest in customer service or retention based on his statements to me: "You're pissed off and it's obvious I've lost your business. I can live with that" "Next time, bring the gear in for me to service, but that's not going to happen since you're never coming back here." - Mike, the owner
