Just bought a truck from here Friday morning & the customer experience was absolutely exceptional. From the min we showed interest to actually meeting Marcus. Very honest, caring , committed & communicable. We’ve bough a lot of cars but never experience such genuine help. After the last dealership completely screwed us, they did everything they could to make sure we never experienced anything like that again! 10/10 recommend !
The sales rep (Erik) that sold me my car has the most important quality which is, he listens to a customer. He was very patient with demonstrating the workings of the purchased auto. Time did not seem to dictate how long it took to ensure I understood how the car worked. There was a very positive atmosphere which is why I returned to Winner on PA Avenue for a second purchase.
Engine bay has a lot of oil spill. Where’s the quality of work? Price went up but quality of workmanship is down
Starting with Dave, the salesman, I was impressed. Dave took the time to understand my needs and directed me to the perfect truck. Also, Winner’s maintenance shop is awesome. Attentive and quick and you know things were done right. Very happy with the entire customer experience.
