Last weekend I had my lashes done for the first time with Cecilia. She is quick and efficient. I definitely recommend her for all your eyelashes need.
Ceci does a great job with eyelashes been to several places and none last or looks as nice like when I go to her. She is very attentive. I would recommend to give Divas a try.
