As someone with prediabetes, I cannot and prefer to have no drills on my nails or ties because of how fragile they are. The lady was extremely rude to me and talking mess because i asked for no drills!!! Another reason I asked is because nothing in there is sanitary. It’s use after use with the same tools. I simply wanted a polish on my ties and this lady decided to tell me if I don’t wanna do it her way I can take the nails off Myself & go somewhere else.
