I got my hair done here about a year ago and the owner fried my hair. Chunks of my hair were literally falling out. I almost cried. I asked for a balayage and she over processed my hair. It has taken me a year to get my hair healthy again and it is not 100% healthy yet. I have curly hair and for an entire year I was unable to straighten my hair because of how damaged it was. I guess you get what you pay for and I spent $120 to get my hair damaged.

If i could give them no stars I would. I used to live in Chicago and needed a new hair stylist. I came here and was promised to have my hair how I wanted. I gave it a try, i wanted it a certain type of Red, i know Red doesnt last too long but not even 3x of washing my hair, it turned orange/brownish(it didnt even come out the red i wanted but whatever.
