Best Salon and Stylist in Texas
Rachel and her hair tech Natashia have been a very good choice for me. When I changed salons, approximately 6 months ago, my hair was damaged and breaking after getting a permanent color. My hair is now healthy, thicker, and growing. I just got highlights again three weeks ago and there is no breakage. Rachel has a lot of customers but she gets you out as soon as possible and is the fastest curler I have ever met. Those hands are magic. LOL
