I recently visited this salon for a pedicure and unfortunately my toe was cut during the service badly enough that I was bleeding. The person doing it was a young man, didn’t get his name but possibly a relative of the other worker that was there at the time. What concerned me most was that nothing was acknowledged during the appointment and the service continued without checking on it or addressing it. had a very disappointing experience here and would not come back. The owner was on her phone, talking loudly the entire time, and it felt like everyone in the salon had to listen to her conversation. On top of that, the nail tech was cold and unfriendly — no smile, no hello, no basic customer service.
