I walked into Diva’s Retreat thinking I knew a thing or two about curly hair. I walked out realizing my curls had apparently been freelancing without proper supervision for years. I had a great experience at Diva's Retreat. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that a lot of thought goes into making clients feel welcome. There was a personalized welcome sign with my name on it, and I was provided with a cute charcuterie box during my appointment—small touches that made the experience feel extra special. It was amazing best hairstyles I ever had one that truly understands my hair and that I can relate to she also makes sure that you are comfortable as can be as she works on your hair and also gives you tips on how to manage your hair this will be my number one place to go to!❤️

I’ve had so many bad haircuts/styles with different hairstylist and I finally found a stylist that not only makes me feel comfortable, but it’s also comfortable with my natural hair! If you are struggling with your curls and you have googled and TikTok as much as you possibly could, and you’ve just reached an impasse, you need to call Janelle!!! She finally got me in my hair on the same page and I can’t wait to continue my growth with her!!!

Janelle provided a top tier service. I came in with dry frizzy hair and left with luxurious hydrated curls. I’m absolutely shocked that my hair was capable of looking this great and Janelle made it happen. She took the time to understand my needs, my hair’s needs and what was possible, provided information on best practices, and dropped tons of helpful nuggets of info to implement at home. I highly recommend all she has to offer.
