I had a great experience with Janelle. I purchased the deluxe curl experience. She was able to give me some length and a TON of volume. My hair looks like it's out of a movie. She also made the experience fun with little side treats like a charcuterie board, lunch, a mocktail and great conversation. I felt so pampered and I'm glad I treated myself!
I had an amazing virtual consultation with Janelle! Since we live far away, she took extra time to research things for us, which meant so much. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and genuine. She has the sweetest disposition and gave us great, easy-to-follow direction. The results have been absolutely wonderful. I walked into Diva’s Retreat thinking I knew a thing or two about curly hair. I walked out realizing my curls had apparently been freelancing without proper supervision for years. Janelle gave me the best curly haircut I’ve ever had and somehow managed to teach this old curl dog a few new tricks.
