Hamid is amazing!!! I had walked in earlier this day to get my gold necklace clasp fixed as it came loose to the point where it’ll fall off while wearing my beloved jewelry. I was on the hunt to finding the best shop to get it fixed and thankfully landed here. Hamid was outstanding with listening to my issue and then giving me options on how we can repair my necklace again all with being polite and recommending a bigger size clasp so that it’s more durable for everyday wear. He's seriously the most helpful person I've ever met in jewelry business. he offers free jewelry cleaning to everyone - doesn't matter if you're buying something or not. What I really appreciated was how he gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for myself. My fiancé and I went ring shopping and ended up chatting with Hamid for like 30 mins! Not just about rings - he even gave us some solid hotel recommendations for our honeymoon lol. Super nice guy who actually takes time with his customers.
I had such a pleasant experience here! Came in to get my ring looked at, and the gentleman helping me seemed very knowledgeable. Overall super helpful & friendly. Will definitely be returning in the future!
