He took the time to help me find the perfect diamond with exactly what I was looking for. GIA certified diamond, hand selected and brought in from outside the country. They are so friendly and so helpful and their prices are super reasonable! I was devastated when my wedding ring broke and within three days they had it fixed. Honest Owner and employees 100% I even brought some gold items and to see what they were worth, and if I could sell them When I went to pick up my ring. They told me several options and were not pressuring me at all. I recommend this place to anyone. I will be back!
Hamid is amazing!!! I had walked in earlier this day to get my gold necklace clasp fixed as it came loose to the point where it’ll fall off while wearing my beloved jewelry. I was on the hunt to finding the best shop to get it fixed and thankfully landed here. Hamid was outstanding with listening to my issue and then giving me options on how we can repair my necklace again all with being polite and recommending a bigger size clasp so that it’s more durable for everyday wear. I can't say enough good things about Hamid, the owner. He's seriously the most helpful person I've ever met in jewelry business. he offers free jewelry cleaning to everyone - doesn't matter if you're buying something or not. What I really appreciated was how he gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for myself. My daughter got a ring stuck on her finger and we tried all the at home methods but nothing worked. We went here and they got it off in less than a minute. It was painless and didn't hurt at all. They were a huge help. 😊
