Alex did a lovely job. Great leg massage and even gave me a bit of advice about my nail care. Massage chairs for the win as well. The hot rock massage and wooden tool they use to massage your arch were wonderful. I’ll definitely be back.
Made an appt. For three girlfriends at the same time, but they got to the third gal later than the first two of us. (We had called ahead to ensure they could do all three of us at the same time as we are on a girls weekend) We had an appt elsewhere so they had to rush the 3rd gal. (This is the only reason for 4 stars only) All the techs were polite and thorough. Jenny was my technician and she was very sweet and did a great job! She was a 5 ⭐️!
Julie is amazing! She’s very quick and has incredible attention to detail. I got a manicure with shellac and I had to get my previous set removed. Julie had it done in 30 minutes!! I’ve never gotten my nails done that quick + I didn’t feel rushed at all. The snacks upfront are so nice and I would recommend this place to anyone in or going to Kelowna. Definitely found my new favourite nail place 🫶
Juile is amazing. I came in with a complete butcher job from somewhere else and she was able to fix my nails and make them absolutely beautiful. The salon is clean comfortable. The customer service is outstanding. This is a hidden gem in Kelowna best nail salon. I’ve been to in the Okanagan.
Love coming here for nails! Julie and Alex are awesome. They're so friendly and I've been so happy with my nails here - great attention to detail, my cuticles always look perfect, and my nails last well over 3 weeks looking like new. Definitely recommend Diva Nails to everyone.
