Always had a great experience at Diva nails. Had an appointment at 9 a.m. this morning with the owner. They opened late. She handed me off to a young man who did not do the job I wanted. My nails look like a third grader did them. He could not do Gel. I would have asked for someone else had I known she was not available. It really upset me. $90 plus tip and my nails are half done. The owner was not busy when I left. She was sitting on her phone.
