I thought I found the salon for me especially after having great experiences prior to this one. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am online with Wendy 2 days prior. The appointment was confirmed and I was even sent an appointment reminder. I arrived for my appointment and was asked to sit down. 9:40am came and there was no communication what’s so ever between the staff and myself. At 9:45am, I told them to cancel my appointment.
