I was so hesitant at first but so happy I came! I got there about 6:30 today they took me right away and immediately I was relaxed. I didn’t have to over explain what I wanted. The customer service was perfect! Zenni did my pedicure she did an excellent job, and Wendy did my full set that I’m in love with. I will be back
What I wanted vs what I got. PLEASE stop telling paying customers that you know how to do a specific design when you don’t and then getting upset when the customer tries to correct you along the way. Almost everything about my nails are wrong from the design to the base color for the tips to the length of the nails. It’s even worse because I have a trip coming up and will not have time to get these fixed. Update: One of my nails ended up getting infected.
I had the worst experience here. They have a new person named Andy who basically destroyed my nails. I had been growing them for 8 months. Today he just completely damaged my hands. I had to cut my nails because he doesn’t know what he is doing. He cut my fingers on the edges when filing them. I am very disappointed I have been coming here since they open.
