I went to this place for a pedicure. The tech who serviced me was not customer focused and not inviting. Though I tried to engage and make the appointment smooth. She wasn't displaying and people skills, or customer service. She got attitude because I was ticklish on my feet. Then she cut my heels up with the cheese grater and cut the side of my ankle where the bone is. Poor customer service
First of all, a young man who did my toes never asked if i wanted them cut, he just cut them really short. i was quite unhappy but i just let it go. Then he proceeds to ask me “Why are your toes so beat up?” and just laughs about it. I just stared at him in embarrassment. I didn’t make a big deal out of it but i felt totally humiliated. My toes might not be the prettiest but he has no right to make comments about how they look, that is not okay at all and very unprofessional. I know they are overgrown a bit but the guy that did my nails was nice but to be honest from the looks of the photos I just uploaded the nails don't even cover the corners of my nails it just doesn't look good at all 😔 all that just to be 60 bucks yeah no not coming back here again
my nails and my friends nails were absolutely lovely customer service is amazing we will be back!
