I am beyond disappointed… Earlier today I received a text asking if I could come an hour earlier than my appointment, which I agreed to no problem. I arrived right on time, even slightly earlier, where I then waited 35 minutes. After this time, Tina finally finished and another customer sits in her seat. The customer saw what had happened, and she was very respectful and allowed me to go next.
