In May 2025, I visited this salon for a builder gel infill. After removing the product, I developed a Pseudomonas infection beneath one of my fingernails. I gave the salon the benefit of the doubt and didn’t return until 28 June 2026, when my regular salon was closed. I only had shellac removed and reapplied to my toenails. Within two days, I developed severe pain, swelling and redness in my big toe. My GP diagnosed an abscess beneath the toenail and started me on antibiotics. Beautiful nails and staff
The staff today were sullen, though efficient. My elderly mother did not feel her nails were cut well or evenly, compared to Pearly Nails (which was booked out). They were also cut VERY short! When I requested a receipt upon paying cash I was told there are no receipts. At least they had an appointment available; can't complain about everything! Editing in June of '26 to say we came back here! No other appointments available so booked for 930am. The staff appeared at 955am🤣

My nails look fine and the young lady who did them was pleasant however make sure to use your gift vouchers within 6 months or they will not honour it. Even though it’s supposed to be 3 years.
