Can’t go higher…. A guy broke my nail when removing the old one and said nothing! While they messed it up. Most crazy part is when it comes to charge the owner she said I already fix your nail and didn’t charge you for the fixing…., She was loud. I tried to be nice when this happened so not dong too much reaction to make them feel bad since other customers are still there, however their service is just awful! I didn’t even receive One sorry during all time. NEVER go back.

We had an appointment today and arrived about 10 mins before … we were not greeted by anyone and 45 mins later still no contact from any staff member … we will never go back! Horrible service…

If one thing I can tell you about this place off the bat, is to NEVER waste your precious time and money on any services here. I went to go get acrylic nails for valentine with pretty simple red and white French tip design, however, the lady said that she can’t do that design on acrylics. Make that make sense ?! She instead proceeded to simple paint white polish on my nails and even that was apparent pretty difficult for her. I’ve been to many nail salons, but this was by far the worst experience ever. First off, the customer service was nonexistent. The staff barely acknowledged me, ignored my questions, and showed zero interest in making sure I was satisfied. On top of that, they had the nerve to charge extra for a nail kit—something that should be standard in any nail salon. If you’re charging for a service, you should have the necessary tools included! I wasn’t impressed with the services I got. They overly booked people and when I asked for my nails to be moisturized, they told me I had to do it myself. Too bad
