Numerous friends of mine have went here and they have had terrible experiences.
I’m a male and have been here a couple times for pedicures. Very nice and gentle people working here. Love the foot massages!! I have no complaints. I’ve never had them paint my nails. Haha
Not a great experience. Pedicure was decent, but the girl who did it was not friendly. I’ve never been here before and I mentioned that, when the machine turned off at the end she just left me sitting there until I asked the lady next to me what to do. I put in a tip that obviously wasn’t high enough (I had a gift card) and so she cleared the tip amount for me to in a higher number, charged me $5.00 for the buffer and file which are usually given out for free at the end because they can’t keep them.
