Not a great experience. Pedicure was decent, but the girl who did it was not friendly. I’ve never been here before and I mentioned that, when the machine turned off at the end she just left me sitting there until I asked the lady next to me what to do. I put in a tip that obviously wasn’t high enough (I had a gift card) and so she cleared the tip amount for me to in a higher number, charged me $5.00 for the buffer and file which are usually given out for free at the end because they can’t keep them. Burnt my fingers while filing, just a rushed job and multiple people working on your nails. I feel they charge extra prices for the nails (long $25, short $15) don't the nails come with the service? Won't be back, and I do not recommend them. They dont put cuticle oil on either. So sad.

Went to get my acrylics soaked off because I broke the tip off of one (my natural nail was NOT damaged at all before - it broke the acrylic tip way below my natural nail) Anyways instead of soaking it off properly, she took a plastic nail tip and wedged it between my nail and the acrylic, forcefully ripping it off when it wasn't soaked and clearly still very much adhered to the nail.
