Blue Ciel is the awesome! Noel and Marlena does great color! Rasheda does great up-dos Raj is amazing with the scissors! The blow dry specials don't get any better than Blue Ciel on Lexington!! Very friendly staff and a clean environment!
One of the best places to get a haircut. The hair stylists are very professional and very kind with the customers. If people are interested in getting color, Malena Montiel is one of top colorist in New York City. I will completely recommend her. You can call and make an appointment with her for a free consultation. The manager Raj is a dedicated and client centered supervisor.
I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The service is Professional, prices are very affordable & Noel is the best colorist I've ever had. His personality is kind, gentle & honest.
