Store is randomly closed during opening hours for 30 minutes, waited outside in cold. Sales lady Haley? comes in late opens the door without any explanation and spats out ‘what can I do for you’ with a snooty attitude. Might as well take business somewhere else when you’re paying 15k for a couch to get luxury experience you deserve with these prices.
We went in to look around. The furniture is beautiful! Cathy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Unfortunately the greatly designed furniture does not make up for the bad logistics and even worse management of Diva Group. You CAN buy this brand from another retailer and I highly suggest you do so to get the proper high-end luxury experience you’re paying for.
