Scheduled a move out cleaning weeks ago. Received a cancellation email followed by a text that the appointment was cancelled due to the holiday less than 24 hours before it was scheduled. Extremely unprofessional and will cause a delay to our home being listed.

We had our first cleaning with Natasha and it was the most thorough and comprehensive cleaning we have ever had. She has wonderful communication and reminders leading up to the scheduled day. She makes a point to meet her customers and does a walk thru on the first day, to make sure everything is how you want it to be completed.
