My experience was very disappointing in the least. I do not recommend this establishment! I purchased a dress from this store. The next morning I called and explained that the Mother of the Groom was wearing the same colour as I and asked if I could exchange the dress for another that I had tried on and of greater value. The person on the phone stated that all sales are final. I pleaded that she make some concession however I never heard back from her. What absolute waste of time and $$$ not even rated as 1 star.
Horrible! I just entered to see dresses for my mom, I was looking to find dress for mother of the bride. I entered and old lady immediately screamed “NOT FOR YOU” ( I swear without any other words) I am like what do you mean? And she said we don’t have dresses for your size. I did not even entered the store at that moment I was standing near the entrance. Than I told her I am looking for dress not for me I am looking for dress for my mom who is size small. It really is a lovely the bridal store, although the fact that we were there for an appointment to try dresses on, my girlfriend still had to go across the street to the McDonald's to the washroom. "Big no, no."
Their service is terrible; they're not honest. I bought an expensive dress that needed alterations, and when I asked if they offered returns or exchanges, they said no returns but you could exchange it. When I went to a tailor to have the dress altered, he said he couldn't. Then I called Diva's shop and told them I wanted to exchange the dress because I couldn't get it altered, but they refused, saying they don't offer exchanges. Now I've lost a lot of money on the dress and can't use it because of their dishonesty.
Found my dream wedding dress here and my sister found her maid of honour dress. Excellent service and selection of dresses! Highly recommend!
