It really is a lovely the bridal store, although the fact that we were there for an appointment to try dresses on, my girlfriend still had to go across the street to the McDonald's to the washroom. "Big no, no."
Their service is terrible; they're not honest. I bought an expensive dress that needed alterations, and when I asked if they offered returns or exchanges, they said no returns but you could exchange it. When I went to a tailor to have the dress altered, he said he couldn't. Then I called Diva's shop and told them I wanted to exchange the dress because I couldn't get it altered, but they refused, saying they don't offer exchanges. Now I've lost a lot of money on the dress and can't use it because of their dishonesty.
Found my dream wedding dress here and my sister found her maid of honour dress. Excellent service and selection of dresses! Highly recommend!

The ladies were very helpful and professional. Lots of selection, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Will be back again.
