I usually have a great experience with the girls that work there but today the play says open but there's a sign on the door that says closed from 1 to 1:45 on Fridays. Its now 1:52 and no one is here to open and they're not answering the phone. Again, other than today.. I have a great experience there

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The store is closed during that time to allow the employees to fulfill their religious observances. The store should have been re-opened at 1:45 and they arrived late due to the rain and traffic. I’ve spoken to the staff and they’ve assured me it won’t happen again. I’m very sorry for any inconvenience.
Wow. Awful experience. I feel terrible for the employees! The boss is paranoid, mean, and has no idea how to treat a customer! Not only did he treat myself and my stepdad like criminals, he made me feel like I was putting him out. In addition to that, there is zero information of a return/exchange policy on the receipt or mentioned upon purchase.. bought a wig yesterday, not worn- just felt I needed to leave .. nothing they'll do. The girls were so sweet, such a shame. They lost a good customer, but I don't think he cares .
