It’s always a great and easy going time with Susan! I recommend booking an appointment with her if you’re looking for a basic (and really sweet time) manicure. She aims to make sure you get the nails you want without any hassle/burden.
I’ve been coming here for about 2 years for pedicures. There are a few things I overlooked because of convenience but today I will not be returning. They are very unsanitary with all their tools (ie cleaning them in foot spa water with your feet inside and no obvious sanitation visible). I requested for a soak off and they were so rough and abrasive with my hands and nail beds. They kept trying to convince me to get a full set but that’s not what I wanted. Got gel manicure and pedicure done with gel removal. They got it done in an hour. Which is convenient for me as a busy mom. . Work is fast but pretty detailed. Will try nail art next time.
