My surgery was fine, the issue I am having is with this office and billing. There is ZERO communication and I have tried EVERYTHING. Calling, voicemails, email, etc. Funny enough as of idk when, after it says leave a voicemail, it won't let you! It just hangs up. Surgical procedures went ok, although it had to be done twice due to an infection from the first round in December and cost me a new year out of pocket deductible. Surgeries in December 23 and January 24. Was making regular payments due to insurance coverage difference which was nominal. They accepted a couple of checks and then suddenly sent my checks back in the mail as a return to sender after a couple of payment were made so I am not sure what happened. Editing my review since i was able to email the doctor directly due to staffing issues and going to review the doctor and my actual experience with my surgery. (Thank you Dr Ditto for responding so I can make my payment) I went in for surgery with Dr Ditto for my appendix. While I didn’t have a choice of a surgeon due to the nature of the visit, Dr Ditto took well care of me and got me out of pain. Thank you Dr Ditto for all you do.
Had surgery by Dr ditto and when I called the office, never received a call back. I informed him of this. Now I’m trying to reach them to pay my bill and no one returns your call and no one answers.
