Man, I was wanting to go there to shop for a bunch of stuff, but reading the consistant reviews changes my mind. So thank you. There is nothing I can't stand more than rude people and bad customer service. I am so thankful I didn't waste my time. Me and all my girlfirends were going to hit this place up before we left town this weekend. NEVERMIND. Thank you guys.

Bought my son a hoodie for Christmas. When I pulled the receipt out, I was told that I could not return the item EVEN FOR STORE CREDIT because it was past the "extended for the holiday" return date (6 days after Christmas). When I complained that I was not TOLD about the return policy, the clerk informed me that it was posted on the back of the computer and that if I was buying a gift it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to ask what the return policy is, not the store's responsibility to inform me of their return policy. When Ditto first opened, the owner was there, while she was a "chilly" personality she seemed to attempt not to be rude. The last 3-4 times we've been in, we've stayed clear of the rude attitudes of the sales people only once. Never has anything met their "standards" when we tried to sell some things to them... this being a DB and Coach purse included and a formal with the tags still on it... which as others have said, there were complementary styles in the store. I agree very rude people they have working for them. I brought some maternity clothes with me to sell but was told they were out of season & they took nothing from me. I don't understand how it was out of season when I saw the same things on the racks. This was my first time there & I don't plan on going back there. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I shop at Ditto occasionally and I love the changing selection of clothing to choose from. They carry high quality designer names in great condition (love the Seven jeans). They also have purses and shoes. It's a great way to save money!

I have found the employees to be very nice, the owner is really cool as well. They have good prices if you are both buying and selling and she only take clothes that are in very good condition. I recomend this store highly.

I love this place. In this time of econimic crisis, this store has been a lifesaver for a shopoholic like me. JEANS....I have found the best designer jeans at excellent prices, AND I have a card so when I spend so much, I get twenty dollars off of my next purchase when my Ditto card is full. The staff is amazing and ready to help, but leaves me alone so that I don't feel "hovered" over. Thanks for coming to OP Ditto.

i bought a pair of maternity pants there by old navy, and when i went to sell them back, they said, they don't buy old navy. i told them i bought them there, they still didn't want to buy them back. they aren't very friendly. the best thing i can say, is that they sell used maternity clothes, which are very expensive new.

Don't even bother going to either of these stores. I live in LIberty and can't stand the employees at the Barry Rd. location, they are so RUDE. So I decided to drive to the Lenexa store thinking it might be different..... WRONG, dont bother going to this place. Both stores are nicely set up, but they don't pay you anything and their prices are way to high for used. The bottom line for me is EMPLOYEES at both stores. I wont tolerate being treated like dirt. Don't waiste your time. Shop at ATC Or Platos Closet.
