evergreen terrance location : worst place i EVER rented out and it was my first apartment with my significant other. we had a moth infestation and we continuously reached out to management and it took them about 3 months to fix the issue. hot water also doesn’t last long at all. 5 mins max, told management about the issue, they came in and said we share water heaters with other occupants in the apartment and replaced it. which made the hot water last 10 minutes instead of 5. horrible neighbors, horrible management, just horr... read more

If you are looking for a nice, clean, safe place to live - don't look any further. I live in Cedarburg Dittmar Realty apartment for nearly 4 years. The one bedroom is spacious and still easy to maintain. The Manager lives on the premises and available by text or by phone. In case there is something major, she makes sure to schedule a specialist to come and fix the problem. Stonefield Terrace Location: The apartment is very nice but the management team is the worst I have ever experienced and here is why. 1. I had a bird nest that had been built between my and my downstairs neighbor at our front doors last spring. They NEVER walk this complex so the pile of bird excrement piled up through the entire summer even though I called and sent maintenance requests MULTIPLE times. 2. The only thing nice is the apartment. I am resenty widowed and going through a very rough time. My upstairs neighbors are so horrible. They can't control their 5 kids noise. I have repeatedly asked Dittmar to help with the situation. They have done nothing to help.
