Stonefield Terrace Location: The apartment is very nice but the management team is the worst I have ever experienced and here is why. 1. I had a bird nest that had been built between my and my downstairs neighbor at our front doors last spring. They NEVER walk this complex so the pile of bird excrement piled up through the entire summer even though I called and sent maintenance requests MULTIPLE times. 2. The only thing nice is the apartment. I am resenty widowed and going through a very rough time. My upstairs neighbors are so horrible. They can't control their 5 kids noise. I have repeatedly asked Dittmar to help with the situation. They have done nothing to help.
Maintenance is on point here, they stay on top of calls. The front office staff is always so helpful and accommodating. I have lived here for over 8 years!
I keep getting my garage plowed in the back of evergreen terrace. I complained about it every time Brady comes and plows but nothing ever happens.
