It is a very clean place and there is not much noise, it has a bathroom area, gym, washer and dryer, there is good maintenance in the apartments and there is a shop to buy snacks and coffee. The people who live there are nice.
It is becoming more and more clear to me Dittmar Company is not interested in accommodating the needs of the current tenants during the changed situation in a lot of tenants’ lives due to COVID-19 pandemic. The entire world has changed, people have to telework from home; it is not our own choice. The uncertainly in our lives is already extremely stressful. Terrible parking endless you pay for garage parking never any parking at either lots of you show up past 12pm they give out way too many passes. Instead of making a number of available slots compared to the renters that pay and therefore no spots are available even though your paying for those as well.
