Had to come back two times after my appointment as the incompetent (and, I assume, new) older woman at the front desk originally ordered the wrong contacts for me, and then the second time coming charged me the wrong amount. The third time someone else came and rang me out. No apology despite the major inconvenience of making three rounds trips there with the high gas prices and a busy schedule. Will be finding a new optometrist.
