Dr Michael Dittman founded Dittman Eyecare in October of 2003. Dr Dittman was eager to bring his knowledge and skill back to provide vision care to Butler, PA and the surrounding area. His philosphy has been to provide the most comprehensive eye care with exceptional customer service. Had to come back two times after my appointment as the incompetent (and, I assume, new) older woman at the front desk originally ordered the wrong contacts for me, and then the second time coming charged me the wrong amount. The third time someone else came and rang me out. No apology despite the major inconvenience of making three rounds trips there with the high gas prices and a busy schedule. Will be finding a new optometrist.

The team at the Grove City office was outstanding. They were friendly and so helpful. Dr. Dittman answered all of my questions. Devin, Randi and Kelly were great throughout the whole appointment experience from checking in to insurance information to eyewear fitting and the exam. Thank you for your professionalism and caring attitudes.
I recently had my annual exam with Dr. Dittman and as always he was very personable and pleasant. He took the time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explain everything to me. Never at any time did I feel rushed or like I was bothering him or holding him up. Today’s visit at the Cranberry office with Dr Nock, and staff, Amanda, Shannon, and Nicole was excellent. Dr Nock is knowledgeable, very personable, with clear and concise explanations. I have full trust that I am receiving the best care possible. Ordering glasses here is an easy process, with knowledgeable staff. In regards to sanitizing for COVID-19, they are outstanding. This was my first appointment with Dr. Dittman. I had a very positive experience with the entire staff. The receptionist Barb, was very pleasant and efficient. Krystal, the technician, was very informative and knowledgeable in her field. Dr. Dittman took time to explain everything to me regarding my eye condition. He explained all the options. I was pleased I made the decision to schedule an appointment with him.
