Lack professionalism and need some coaching on providing customer service. Called Ditter to schedule an estimate for a new system on our 3rd floor which currently doesn't get a lot of airflow. I'm not a professional in the heating/cooling space by any means so based on the details I gave them, I informed the person I don't know fully what I need in this space and it might be best for them to come out here and take a look to provide ideas/suggestions. I would not recommend this HVAC company. I called them for a heater repair and mentioned to them that I thought it was a pressure sensor, they came and did a "routine maintenance" and did not fix the problem. The heater quit again so I called them back to see if they would honor their first visit. They came a second time, stripped the screw on the gas pressure regulator, supposedly found nothing wrong, and charged me again; still no fix to my heater. My neighbor recommended Ditter for my furnace replacement. The estimate was straightforward and fairly priced (better than some competitors I had used in the past). I was able to schedule quickly and the technicians were professional. I feel confident in the service and product I received and will use Ditter again.
