We had a very disappointing experience with Ditter Heating & Cooling. In 2023, Ditter installed a new furnace, air conditioner, water heater, and air purifier. From the start, we noticed workmanship issues, including hanging wires, poorly finished venting, and other installation concerns. The work also failed inspection, requiring additional corrections, permits, and multiple follow-up visits. Barry showed up much earlier than scheduled because he was in the neighborhood! And he proceeded to do an exhausting troubleshooting and clean-up job for my AC issue. Highly recommended service...local company with a keen sense of customer service. Ditter will now be my go-to HVAC company when it comes time for a recommendation and when it comes time to replace my AC and heating units. Thanks again to Barry for being such a great company representative.

We had our furnace go out in the middle of winter, Ditter was prompt to get us taken care of getting a tech to our house asap. A wire had to be shipped from Lennox in Iowa and next day furnace was up and running. Would recommend to others, Barry was our tech, great to work with.

My furnace stopped working recently and, with temperatures beginning to drop, it was something I needed fixed sooner than later. On the recommendation of a couple of friends in the area, I called up Ditter and was able to schedule an appointment the next morning. The technician, Barry, called when he was on his way and arrived promptly within the scheduled visit window. After a quick inspection, Barry was able to diagnose and fix the problem.
