We had our furnace go out in the middle of winter, Ditter was prompt to get us taken care of getting a tech to our house asap. A wire had to be shipped from Lennox in Iowa and next day furnace was up and running. Would recommend to others, Barry was our tech, great to work with.

My furnace stopped working recently and, with temperatures beginning to drop, it was something I needed fixed sooner than later. On the recommendation of a couple of friends in the area, I called up Ditter and was able to schedule an appointment the next morning.
