The super does as little as possible at our residential building. His job performance has worsened since being with Ditmas. Super behaves as if he has no communication with Ditmas.
Rego Park complex. Dirty hallways and stairways stay for weeks, the porter using one bucket of water for whole building, when he does so called wet cleaning. Black sticky spots near all the garbage shuts.Uncontrolled surrounding complex territory: never use a drop of water to watering a grass around the buildings, just blowing the leaves and dust to the tenants windows. Laundry room is dirty and dusty. Never controlled from the head management. Won't find super, never!
