Always have a hard time getting ahold of them by phone to order parts. I have called them, been put on hold. Driven to them 20 - 30 minutes away while on hold to find the parts counter guys chit chatting with each other and my call still on hold. Service department can never answer any questions if we have a machine in for repairs. Its always a i will call you back with an answer then days go by and nothing. Unfortunately it's the only place around to get parts for my ditch witch. I always have difficulty getting parts for my tractor. When I call on the phone they always tell me yeah I have the parts, so I drive 45 minutes to get there and they don't have them. I should know better because it's not the first time. It's just ridiculous!
