Had machine taken to get an electrical problem repaired. they recommended doing a complete maintenance services as well to help solve the problem. 2k later the machine was going to be delivered and before they even loaded the machine to return to me the problem came up again. Now they want another 1.8k not including labor. this was supposed to be done the first time. not happy.... not returning
Thank you to Aaron, one of the Service Techs as the Tukwila location....! My step-son owns a SK600 and we were borrowing it to move some gravel around our property. It is a great machine for sure.. One of the days we were using it...one of the tracks came off. I usually think I can fix most things but I was unsuccessful in mutiple attempt to reinstall the track. Great guys and very knowledgeable staff. Tukwila location is got it going on for sure. The equipment is the best in the industry by far, great place.
