Warning!!! Do not use this office! These people are unethical! I have been in optometry for 10 years. Went for an exam and an rx. They fitted me with a blended bi-focal stating if I can adapt their is a little me time Dr re-do, which I was aware of. I know, and was confirmed by VSP the lab does not charge back for a re- do. They refused to refund me, after I could not adapt and wanted a straight distance lens! They are taking a financial hit by dealing with managed health care, so they have to make it up some how, by mislead... read more

Just wanted to clear up some confusion. Mr. Alatorre came in our office and was very specific that he wanted a blended bifocal. We did the complete job (frame and lens) and charged him only the copay ($45) for the lenses as outlined by his insurance. He came back a few days later, unhappy with lenses, and asked to be changed to a distance only lens. As we do for all our patients who don't adapt to a lens, we gladly remade the lenses and exchanged them at no extra charge.... the lab did not charge us and we did not charge the... read more
RecommendedSeriously so awesome!! I hate trying new eye doctors because my visit takes 2+ hours but these guys were so fast and efficient!!! I felt heard and cared about and I can see!!!! ❤️❤️
Everyone in the office are so nice and they always make it very comfortable to go in and get exactly what you need without alot of preasure
