As a South Texan transplant in the DC area, District Taco was the end of a years-long search for a PROPER breakfast taco. It tastes like home, the salsa is pure joy and the staff are always nice and expedient. Do I hate having to drive 30 mins to find breakfast tacos? Yes. But the heart wants what the heart wants; it's worth it.
Ordered the vegetarian option and received beef.

I had a great experience at District Taco! The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. I ordered the fish taco, and it was fresh and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The manager, Johana, was such a nice lady. She greeted everyone with a warm smile and made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Great customer service makes a big difference! I’m a big fish taco lover, and so far, this one is definitely my favorite. I’ll be coming back for sure!
