We placed an online order for 3 orders of 3 tacos. We only received 2 orders. This is the second time this happened. The ordered was for chicken tacos and got sine pork tacos instead. The service always manages to disappoint.
My first time there , Got Nachos with chosen protein ( steak) which was $18 and once I opened it to enjoy my lunch I just found saggy chips in queso and beans juice . With all the toppings , no utensils. Couldn’t even lift up the chips to eat that’s how saggy they were . The portions are very big I have to say . Probably will not return here. Waste of money and stayed hungry
Food is good but workers were so mean for no reason? she gave me my cup with an attitude, then when I tried to throw my straw wrapper out she yelled that that’s not the correct garbage to put it in. she then took 20 minutes to make a bowl and 3 tacos, when they were finally ready she handed it to us with an attitude. THEN. I asked for a fork and she said I had to put it in my order, I had no idea and gave me immense attitude while handing me the fork. Isn’t that her literal job..
I really love their food, but the service is terrible!!! They are not kind! You can't ask a question because they answer you wrong, the girl is always with headphones and she got upset because I reminded her that she had ordered chips and she threw the food on the counter! They should check the staff they hire well
