Great place to live! District Station is a beautiful community with a convenient location, especially with Park West Village and many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, and the amenities are really nice. I also appreciate how welcoming and helpful the leasing staff are. They take the time to answer questions and make the process easy. Overall, it’s a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to call home. Highly recommend!
It’s one thing to live in luxury apartments, it’s another thing to have good property management. I love living here where I can get luxury for less; also the staff here is great. Ashley is always a pleasure to talk to and the management of the property is seen as soon as you pull in. Highly recommend!

Love it here. Brenee is awesome, everyone in the leasing office has always been helpful. They make me and my children feel more than welcomed and at home here. The location is a plus because you walk to any and everything. The community events are great as well.
These are great apartments in a fantastic location; it’s an urban setting, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. But that’s not even the best part—thanks to the location, there’s a large shopping center with various stores right nearby. If you enjoy walking, this is the place for you since everything is close by. I highly recommend it. Aaron and Sergio, the maintenance guys, are always attentive and friendly.
