We came here on Sunday for their $9.99 pho special. For the price, it is worth it. Yes, the portions are a bit small but I’d be fine paying $9.99 for it. Plus, that means I don’t have to deal with getting a takeout box and having to haul it around since my stomach is not big. The people working there are really nice. Obviously, the quality and quantity cannot be compared to that of a restaurant since we are at a food court! For $9.99, it is well worth the price. I have been coming to District One, both locations, Frisco and Carrollton, since they both opened. Atmosphere & Staff: Very clean, condiments always fully stocked. Very beautiful paintings and art on the wall, reminiscent of the actual District 1 in Saigon. The staff are always amazing. The owner is always very friendly. District One Saigon is a great restaurant if you want to find authentic Vietnamese food. Their service is great and the people are friendly to customers. Their food portion is on the smaller end so don't expect big bowls of soups or a large size sandwich. But the quality is great as in good pho broth and tasty meats. I prefer quality over size.

All fat. Ordered the banh mi, all fat. I’m Asian, and fat is flavor, but they literally used all fat and no meat. Never eating here again.
