Wait times were long. Staff is not especially friendly. Too many patients, not enough providers.
The team at the District One were amazing and were so caring for my son.
We had the worst ER visit I have ever experienced tonight. The doctor would not listen to the symptoms of what was going on, the Dr did not check over the patient at all, and when family members had questions the doctor got very defensive and would not listen to our concerns. Very dissatisfied with the care we received tonight. I have made a call into the patient services representative and I better receive a call back.
All staff were wonderful to the patient and family
Dr. Egal is a complete joke!!! How is he not fired yet? Or medical license suspended?! I know 3 differ family members who were VERY mistreated by him. How can someone be discharged when have renal failure? Or lied to about lab results??
