Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place. Pictures speak for themselves. I can’t fully explain my disdain with this place. Since move in, I’ve had issues in my apartment. When I toured, they told me things would be fixed before move in. I kid you not, NOTHING WAS FIXED or even decently cleaned, & by this time I had already signed a lease. I have lived here for over 2 years. Normally it is a great place to live. This last week has been awful and has completely changed my perception. I woke on Thursday morning on July 17th to a broken A/C unit. I promptly informed maintenance and stressed the urgency of the issue being that it is July and temperature has been in the 90's with 100° Heat index. Management will lie to you. They are unprofessional and act like it's your fault. I wish I could give negative stars. I would not recommend this complex now knowing the way they behave. Very rude people in the leasing office who say they will call you back but don't. Lie about when they will fix your emergency maintenance issue.
This place is nasty . Lived here for a year. Moved out and got charged for things that I asked them to fix long time before moving out. Cockroaches were everywhere even in hallways. I still have a lot of videos and pictures. Those I should have posted. Staff takes zero responsibility of anything and gives you run around. Move here at your own risk. Still have receipts of charges and calls I recorded while I was taking to Ashley about those charges. Will figure out how to post those somewhere.
