I had a fantastic experience working with Eric and Pete from District Nook. We found most of the houses we liked online in the Alexandria area, but they were superb in guiding us on the pros and cons about buying an older town home, and what streets might have way more traffic than others. Just a side note, it's super important to check out the street you may be living on in the morning and night. The District Nook Properties guys rock (Pete & Eric). Super helpful, and entertaining. I can tell they actually care! (We had an agent in the past who just sat on her cell phone the entire time.) They brought flashlights, a tape measure, and did their research about the area. It was almost like they were trying to buy the house for themselves! Thanks guys!
