Doctors are great problem are the medical assistants at both front and back end they have the worse attitude to begin with. Makes the environment unpleasant. I drive myself from Phoenix to Anthem to be seen faster. I believe all them need to work on their customers service and be less rude as they tend to be rude over the phone as well.
My name is Matt Berlinger. This is the worst family medical practice in the valley and I am filing complaints with the medical board. There nurse practitioners and medical staff are liars, rude and vile people. I’ve been receiving a medication for 20 plus years and they are refusing to fill it. It has caused me to become extremely sick. The MA for Dr. Foy is a pig and horrible person. She hung the phone up on me after screaming at me without letting me speak. The doctors and office staff are wonderful! They always get me in asap and are very compassionate and helpful! I had a billing issue, but Stacy assisted me in getting it resolved and I sincerely appreciate her time and effort in doing so. Overall, very happy with the level of care they provide me and my family!
Refused service for not signing forms to give them a pharmacy or emergency contacts access. This was a first appointment and unnecessary for them to have this information as I had not decided whether or not I wanted Dana Sandrick to be my heath care provider. In addition, I suffer from arthritis and carpal tunnel and asked if they could fill in information on the forms since I was in pain and the receptionist rolled her eyes at me and handed someone the paperwork I was able to fill out as she said "good luck". I’ve been going to this location for years, including my family(even before they changed the business name)and it was great service! Just recently, I scheduled an appointment and from the very start, they kept confusing me for another patient.. very concerning! I kept having to explain my reason of visit. Then I asked them if I was going to get any “mystery bills”, and the staff I encountered during my visit said that it wouldn’t happen.
