I also had an issue with Mr. Charles. Very unprofessional and undependable. I paid for sprinkler and lighting services. Unfortunately, I have had to hire an additional contractor to FIX the bad work he did. He does not return phone calls and does not show for scheduled appts. Do not use this guy. He should be reported to the MHIC!
Do not use this guy. His name is Charles. He took a deposit of 50% which is illegal in Maryland and then did not show up to do the work. Will not return calls or answer his phone. His mailbox is full of messages. Wonder why??????
