Enrique made me Customs in a Timely Fashion and even made sure the peices are under warranty to get fixed etc so i can wear them as much as id like the peices themselves are 10/10 and are quality like no other id shop here anytime

Instead of using the new part I PAID FOR, he slapped on an old, used clasp he already had lying around in the shop. His excuse? I was “rushing” him. This place is a scam. I brought my 14k rope chain in for a repair, and less than 16 hours after picking it up, the chain broke again. The repair was done so poorly that the chain came back tighter than before and completely unwearable. When I first dropped it off, I was told by the older jeweler that the repair had a warranty and I could bring it back if it ever broke again. This place is awesome!, actually the owners are extremely kind and patient with clients. Also with the ones that have no manners as well. This place is great for cool people!! They designed a silver & diamonds Medusa ring for me. I give them 100 stars. Thanks!!
