Met Kim as the hosting agent at an open house. She was not welcoming or helpful, we rather felt judged. We for example asked about disclosures and she just mentioned a long document list and asked us to have a look ourselves.

I did an exhaustive search for agent when we were selling our home. I built a shot list based on reviews, prior sales and speaking with other agents. When I interviewed agents on the short list, they asked me who else I was talking to.
