Called and stopped in about testing the water in my home for sale and the receptionist was so kind and helpful. Her attitude was just so refreshing because so many places you go, especially government agencies, receptionists and clerks are not that friendly. Nice work, DHD!
In person, employees are helpful, however I received an invoice more than 2 years after the date of service due to someone's negligence. It took 4 calls over 4 days to finally talk with a person in the accounting department instead of going to voicemail. I shouldn't have to pay a bill 2 years late just because someone "forgot" to send the invoice out.
