Babbyyyy DISTRICT FLATS Apartments are very lovely and make you feel at home. The Property Manager Cheryl Okafor and her team welcomed me with open arms and I have found a place to call home! They have a special going on right so call and find out about it! Also gotta give MYSON a big shoutout he showed me the studio apartment and all the amenities in the complex!!!!!
Myson, Khalil and the whole leasing team here are amazing. Even after the leasing process, they continue to go above and beyond. Anytime I have a question or concern, they’re quick to help, and maintenance requests get taken care of super fast, they usually get it done within a day at the latest. The community is always clean and you can tell the staff really cares about keeping residents happy. Also the location is perfect pretty much everything you need is just a short walk away. I’d definitely recommend living here!
This place has been awesome to live in! It’s in a great location and the amenities make a big difference too. I use the pool and grills all the time, and the dog park is perfect for my pup. Definitely one of the better places I’ve lived!
I’ve had such a great experience living in this building! Cheryl, the building manager, is truly amazing! she’s always around, super responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Whether it’s a maintenance issue or just a suggestion, she handles everything quickly and with a great attitude. The amenities here are also a huge plus.
