Loved living here, great place with even a better staff
I have had the worst experience here which is unfortunate because i really enjoyed it in the beginning. I have lived in 2 units here and just moved into my second- and found black mold everywhere. I reached out to management- got completely ignored. Called- ignored. Contacted maintenance- was told it was not mold but "burn marks". I got these areas tested and they came back positive for mold yet it is being completely overlooked. I am a reasonable person and am just looking for some resolution here. Babbyyyy DISTRICT FLATS Apartments are very lovely and make you feel at home. The Property Manager Cheryl Okafor and her team welcomed me with open arms and I have found a place to call home! They have a special going on right so call and find out about it! Also gotta give MYSON a big shoutout he showed me the studio apartment and all the amenities in the complex!!!!!
